Absolutely the worst garage I have ever been to. I paid them 2,200 dollars to redo my breaks entirely and give me a new battery, when I showed up, they had put A ""new"" battery in that was obviously used and covered in corrosion , I literally had to have a friend come and give me a jump out of their parking lot, and I havent even driven that car 2k miles and the breaks COMPLETELY WENT OUT and almost got me killed on the interstate and dropped into a 20 foot manhole. Come to hendershots if you want to get ripped off and killed!

On way back to Indy from Terre Haute our Car broke down on 70, so AAA picked this place to be towed to due to proximity. Professional in every aspect, (communication, quality work, timely repair) but a bit pricey; I.e., first time I've ever been charged for diagnostic labor work when I've agreed to have work done, and charging for shop supplies seems a bit much, when they had to make at least $60 profit on part they used, but I had no choice since it was towed there. My shop would have charged $100 less. But no issues with the quality of the work.

Took my jeep there for an alignment after an accident. $980 later the jeep drives twice as bad as it did right after the accident. Sold us parts that were not needed. They installed parts that never should have been installed on a lifted jeep. It also ruined two of my brand new tires that the owner refused to replace even though they were ruined due to his aparent lack of knowledge of jeeps.

Honest people who know what they're doing. I've taken my vehicles here for over 10 years

My husband has gone to Hendershots several times for his work truck to be repaired and they were great! After today he and I were really disappointed in the service provided. To fit his work schedule he has to drop his truck off the night before they work on it(he has Wednesday’s off). We both fell asleep and woke up later than planned. When we got to Greencastle to Hendershots and he dropped off his keys they told him that they could not get to his truck today due to having an RV in the only available section where his truck would fit and it had a bad fuel pump and the part that was ordered would not be to them till 4 pm this afternoon which they do not close till 5 and would have to reschedule him next week on Tuesday. Hendershots said their plan was to get it done by 9 am. We showed up at about 9:30 am. My husband’s truck has the “death wobble” and has had it for 2.5 months and it keeps getting worse. Hendershots did not have the audacity to call and let him know of the situation. No shop in Greencastle, Brazil or Terre Haute is able to service his truck except Hendershots today, and they screwed him over.
