Hendershot's is consistently the best auto shop in this area. Their thoroughness in diagnosing a problem (even if it seems obvious) is expert, reliable, and appreciated. Only wish they could get to my vehicle sooner (takes a good deal of time to obtain an appointment). I suppose that is the sign of (and only disadvantage of) a quality shop--they're always busy:)
