Hendershot's is consistently the best auto shop in this area. Their thoroughness in diagnosing a problem (even if it seems obvious) is expert, reliable, and appreciated. Only wish they could get to my vehicle sooner (takes a good deal of time to obtain an appointment). I suppose that is the sign of (and only disadvantage of) a quality shop--they're always busy:)

Very helpful with figuring out why my check engine light was on. Very concerned with getting my jeep repaired properly and kept my informed along the way.

I really appreciate Hendershot’s. Their communication and documentation is top notch, and they never try to get you to get more than you need done. In fact, I had an out of state mechanic tell me I needed a bunch of work done, and Hendershot’s did a full look at my car and saved me money. They are honest and reasonable, and have a great turn around.

They did a oil change, tire balance and rotation. Excellent job on balancing the tires. Have had other repairs done here. Always a great price, great mechanics, and friendly people. Great service overall

Replaced a battery that was under warrant, I took the old battery back to Car Quest who told me nothing was wrong with that battery it had the correct voltage and amperage
