My wife hit a deer and it messed up something in the engine and we went over the pricing to get it done and everything was factored in and I wrote down the totals. And when payment came time they added an extra 200 dollars. For diagnostics or whatever it was. I had only budgeted the original spoken amount. I wish they would have told me about that before hand so I knew to budget what I needed better. I keep getting told that I shouldn’t have to pay the extra 200$ since they didn’t let me know ahead of time. Anywho, car runs So that’s good

The diagnosis is the charge for the time that the technician spent on your vehicle finding the problem. I apologize for the inconvenience but we did release your car and extend the payment agreement to make this easier for you guys. Glad to hear the car is running good.

We have been customers since shortly after they opened in their original location and have never been disappointed. The service is always done right and you aren't upsold for repairs you don't need. They have kept our 2011 Subaru in excellent running condition for 202k so far as well as our other vehicles. Recently, an oil pressure light was coming on intermittently. Hendershots determined that it was not a bad sensor, but that it had simply become disconnected! All fixed as usual. The same good service we've come to expect every time.

I'm very pleased with them. It was a lot for me but it was nowhere near what I thought it was going to cost and they didn't come up with all kind of things that was wrong with it. Just fixed what needed to be fixed . They did an excellent job and I'm very grateful.

I take personal vehicles and fire department vehicles there for service work. Jobs are always performed a timely and complete manor. Repairs are always priced fairly and staff is very courteous.
