I spent $8200 on repairs, the work seems fine, I just didn't like that they tried charging me 3% extra on my credit card! I used my bank card and lost 1% after a large bill!

Thank you Gary for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize for the inconvenience of the 3% credit card charge. We have a new machine that adds this charge and we do give our customers a heads up to this in case they chose to use a debit, check or cash. This is totally up to the customer how they want to pay. A lot of business are going this route to save of this charge to the business.

I have no complaints about the service I received at Hendershots every time I go they treat me well. They repair my vehicle issues quickly and at or under estimated cost
