They are always thorough and very fast with service and explain everything to me and make sure everything is approved before proceeding with any work/charges. I’ve never had any problems with any of my vehicles serviced here

Thanks to Hendershotts as always. Great folks to work with. They always keep me informed of progress, explain the diagnostics to me and the plan for resolution. Yeah, I didn't like this summer's problems and resolution, but they worked with me every step and it was a great outcome. Darcy and Theresa are great to chat with and Michael is great at explaining it all to a lay person.
