We had trouble with our pickup as we were passing through Indiana and Hendershot’s services took us in even though they had their work lined up for a long time. They went out of their way to fix us up so we could continue our journey. The ladies in the office took us to a car rental and used their experience to get us a car even though at the Rentel at first it seemed like they would not be able to help us. We are forever grateful to each and everyone at hendershot’s service center and we recommend them if you ever need service and are in the Greencastle area give them a try , you will not regret it! First visit. Upon arriving I realized they were very busy. I asked about an oil change and they were too busy to do it then but they immediately scheduled a time later that same day to complete the service. The service was fast and painless. Highly recommend.

Took my sons car in for oil change...they were very thorough and suggested a few other minor needs. Very courteous and timely with service as well as fairly priced. Very pleased with my experience.

Hendershots is always a reliable mechanic. They were able to repair a long-standing issue with my car that I've struggled to diagnose. My car runs much better and I am less worried about it leaving me stranded. They were courteous, friendly, and reliable. I appreciate their honesty and upfront service.
