I don't know where these 5 star reviews come from. I sent my daughter here for an oil change, ok $59 is a little on the high side but figure she will get good service. I am wondering about a suggested add on sale for power steering fluid, $12.53, that she was offered when the oil change mentions a top up of all fluids. Also there was a recommendation for a cabin filter replacement, this is not a high priority part, for $85. This can be done for less than a third of this cost by the vehicle owner in a few minutes.
We appreciate you taking the time for a review. We apologize you are not happy with the service your daughter received. Her Honda called for synthetic oil, which typically is higher than $60 and yes we do top off all fluids including the power steering fluid but her vehicle, Honda CR-V takes a speciality fluid which we do not stock in bulk and took more than a top off. During an oil change we change oil, use new filter, top off fluids, check all lights, headlights, brake lights, license plate bulbs etc. Grease anything underneath that needs greased, check wipers, cabin air filters, and check tires for correct air pressure and add if needed. It takes three tenths of an hour to install cabin air filter on the Honda. We do strive to give great service and please let us know if we can do anything else for you or your daughter in the future.
