Don’t take your car here. They gave me a ridiculous quote. They said the part couldn’t not be replaced without replacing a much larger part of car. Changed the part in the garage myself for $20 instead of their 1,000+ estimate.

Excellent service. Been having vehicles serviced for many years . Good people.

Polite staff, fast service, did more than was required at no extra charge. It was my first visit and it definitely was not my last. I’ve been going to another shop for years, but their service now is horrible. I’m well more than satisfied with this shop. The thank you note left in the car was a very nice touch. Also, I’m picky about my seat and mirrors being adjusted and they left everything exactly as it was. I can see myself going here for the foreseeable future. Plus the costs were less than expected.

Hendershot's team is always courteous, friendly, and reliable. They were able to schedule me for routine maintenance on two vehicles and were able to work with me on finding the best maintenance solutions. The mechanics were able to get the work done in one day and were able to save me money by recommending services that overlapped with the work that was being done. I appreciate their hard work and their dedication. Definitely recommend!

My son is a student at DePauw and we are from Indianapolis. His alternator failed and the team at Hindershot made the coordination of the repair very easy and were very accommodating. Hendershot’s is a fantastic shop. From the front office staff, who are some of the friendliest I’ve met in repair shops, to scheduling my vehicle repair quickly (dead battery that is housed in an area of the vehicle that is almost impossible to access, especially in winter), to the mechanics who clearly know what they’re doing (my car was road-ready in less than one day), I can’t say enough about the high level of quality service. Face it-car repairs are going to cost, but Hendershot’s is worth it. I’ve never been disappointed with their service on any of my three vehicles.
