I have taken several family vehicles to Hendershot's for service over the last 7-8 years because I have confidence that their experienced professionals will know how to diagnose a problem AND be able to fix them right there on the premises. This recent time was no exception--a tire pressure alert light was remaining on, and after going through the standard actions I needed to follow from the owner's manual, I couldn't resolve the problem. The office staff is one of the friendliest I've ever met, and I have to say that any of the technicians working on my Honda Odyssey were willing to explain what was needed and how they fixed it. In fact, I needed to bring the van back a couple of days later because the light was back on, but they took me quickly, a great technician gave the Honda a road test, and noticed that it was simply a matter of resetting the system. I am grateful that such a professional shop is here in Greencastle, and I will be a Hendershot's customer for a long time! Always, Craig Paré
