Hendershot's can best be described as honest and professional. We moved to the area two years ago and tried a smaller shop which turned out to be a money pit. Hendershot's gave us an honest estimate, referring us back to the previous shop as the work should have been covered under that warranty. After we had the work done at Hendershot's they followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the job. We highly recommend it!

Randomly walked in to inquire for an oil change. Staff greet you with a friendly hello how are you today. I meet Corey and we agreed on a 3pm appointment. Showed up about 10 mins prior to the appointment, and was complete by 340pm. Corey answered all my questions, and did I mention she is really friendly. No fuss no up charges. Didn't try add extra unnecessary fixes to the bill. Just the oil change, and check and top of all fluids. The waiting area is nice and clean, and so is their restroom. Air conditioned and really comfy couch to sit on. Took a quick nap. All in all if I'm ever in this part of the country again I would return to Henderson's in a heart beat. Thanks Henderson's team.

I have never had a positive experience with Hendershot's. On my most recent visit, i needed my tires rotated and a serpentine belt changed. I dropped my car off at 8:30 as i had a 9 am apt, i went to work, and was called around 1:45 and given a long list (thousands of dollars in potential expenses) of things that were apparently wrong with my car. I informed them i would take a written list of the suggestions and would discuss it with them later. When asked about my car i was told it would be done at 3... i arrived promptly at 3 and was not given my car until 3:30, a full 6 hours after my appointment time, I will never return again,
