Took my vehicle in to get the air conditioner repaired, ended up with a transmission problem. They replaced the sensor, which fixed the air conditioner, when they took it down from the rack, the car would not move. The car never had an issue with the transmission! The mechanics response was, "I would have to tear the transmission apart to figure it out"! I went in with a running vehicle, and left with a huge problem..... also, the employees were very rude! I will NEVER take my vehicle there again!!!

Busted transmission cooler hose was reason for recent visit to Hendershot's. Service was excellent as usual and work was 5 star. You can't get your vehicle in overnight which is rough sometimes. But on the other hand, do you trust a mechanic with an empty parking lot and extra time on his hands?

I payed close to 700 for a part they said would fix my problems. They said the problem was fixed and gave it back and it wasnt fixed, it was the same as when I took it in. So I took it back and they wanted to charge me close to 500 more to actually fix it. I'm pretty disappointed . I wish i wouldn't have gone here and wont be going back
